This artwork was inspired by Yoshino-yama, a mountain in Japan that is covered in thousands of cherry trees, and is considered so beautiful and sacred that it is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here we see shades of pink blossom interspersed among evergreen trees, under the glow of a pink full moon. Isn't nature soothing?! This would look lovely in any bedroom, nursery or living space.
This is an unframed reproduction of an original art work that was constructed from coloured paper, cut up and stuck down to make a flat style illustration. It uses vivid colours and is printed onto archival grade 300gsm cotton paper. There is a white border around the artwork (pictured) to allow for more options when framing.
‘Giclée', is a type of high-quality inkjet printing and is regarded as one of the best forms of digital print on the market, with prints guaranteed not to fade for over 100 years.
Please note that giclée prints need to be handled with immense care and it is recommended that you get them framed as they are too heavy to be stuck to the wall poster-style.
I'd love to see how this looks in your home, and please feel free to request any other piece of artwork as a giclee’ - sizes A5 - A2. It may be possible!
