Designed with comfort of use in mind the spoon handle has a dip in the back to fit perfectly in your hand. The spoon has a contrasting light patch of grain together with clusters of tiny knots, all over.
The small spoon bowl measures out a tea spoon (tsp), ideal for your spices and herbs.

. After you have finished using you wooden utensil simply rinse with warm water. If you wish to wipe off food, only wipe with the direction of the grain. Leave to dry naturally.
. Do not soak object in water, this will dry out the utensil, leading to roughness and cracks in the future.
. To give the utensil a deep clean rub lemon essential oil using a cloth and allow it to soak in.
Every 1-2 months treat the utensil with food safe wood oil, such as mineral oil or coconut oil, for the first year. then roughly once a year, this will help build up the utensils water resistance, overtime and prevent any cracks to form in the wood.
If the utensil does become rough or stained you can use some sand paper to regain it's smooth quality. Use nothing courser then 240 grit and treat the wood once sanded.
