An original lino-print of a peony flower, hand-printed with oil-based prussian blue ink on lokta paper.
The paper is handmade in Nepal using bark from the lokta plant which is made into a pulp, poured into wooden frames and sun-dried. The resulting paper is beautifully textured, and this one contains real marigold petals. Lokta is a renewable resource and therefore production of the paper causes no environmental damage.
The peony image is 19cm in length, printed on A4 paper. The print comes unframed.
Due to the handmade nature of this artwork it may vary slightly from the image. This gives it its unique quality.
