FLORAL CHARM NECKLACE in neon coral or blue by dakota rae dust.

Flower shaped pendant necklace, cut from vintage, new and recycled fabrics.

Whether you're searching for a gift for a friend or after a little treat for yourself . . . this pretty keepsake might just be the perfect piece.

Each component in this dainty, flower pendant necklace has been cut from new and recycled fabrics, and decorated with delicate vinyl printed patterns. The components are all backed for durability and feature recycled fabric backsides, meaning whichever way your necklace's tiny charm swings, it will look equally colourful equally colourful.

The components in this colourful charm necklace are articulated with a surgical steel jump ring to give plenty of movement.

MATERIALS -

The fluorescent fabric base and charms have been cut from offcuts of sari fabric. I brought the sari several years ago in India, and after commissioning a tailor in Kolkata to turn some of it into a kimono style jacket I brought the leftover fabric home to repurpose.

The blue fabrics are a mix of charity shop bought garments and well worn garments donated by friends.

The vintage floral fabric was once a dress, rescued from a dusty brocante (flea market) in France.

All are machine washed before their reincarnation takes place and they begin their new life as playful pieces of textile jewellery.
