Shopping with The Bristol Pop-Up Shop

The Bristol Pop-Up Shop is a platform for customers to browse and buy from creative businesses based in Bristol and the South West. By shopping on, you understand that:

  • You are not buying directly from The Bristol Pop-Up Shop. You are buying from one of the talented businesses listed on our website;

  • Each seller on The Bristol Pop-Up Shop has their own processing times, their own delivery methods, and their own returns, exchange and shop policies. You can find all this information on their individual Seller Profile pages;

  • If you have a question or need more information about a product, you need to contact the Seller directly, by clicking the ‘Contact’ button on any Seller Profile page.

How much is Postage?

Free UK postage applies to all items across the site. 

Which service do you use to deliver your orders?

Each Seller will use their own preferred postage service, so please check the Policy tab on the Seller page for this information. 

Do you deliver overseas?

The Bristol Pop-Up Shop currently only delivers to the UK.

I'm purchasing from multiple sellers in one transaction. How does that work?

Each Seller will receive a separate notification that you have ordered with them and will process and deliver their own individual orders. Please bear in mind that if you are purchasing from multiple Sellers, your items will not be posted in the same package and may arrive at different times.

I have a complaint about my order, who do I contact?

If you have ordered through the online Bristol Pop-up Shop you need to contact the individual seller directly with any queries or complaints. Simply click the 'Contact' button on their Seller profile. If you are unable to contact the maker directly or cannot remember who you ordered from, please feel free to contact the Bristol Pop-Up Shop team at our contact page.

I want to return an item. How can I do that?

If you wish to return an item, you need to check the Seller's Policy tab on their Seller profile. Alternatively, you can contact the individual seller directly using the 'Contact' button on their profile.

Please note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Some sellers do not accept returns. Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). For hygiene reasons pierced jewellery items are also non-refundable.

How do I get a refund or exchange and how long will it take?

If you’d like a refund or exchange, please refer to the Seller’s profile for their returns policy and contact details.

Gift Cards: Terms and Conditions

Gift cards are valid to spend online at only.

A Bristol Pop-Up Store Gift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Bristol Pop-Up Store Gift Card. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. 

Gift cards are available in set amounts of £10, £30, £50 and £100. 

Once your gift card order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation followed by the digital gift card. The digital gift card will have a 16 - digit voucher code on the front (a mix of letters and numbers). Add this code into the "gift card or discount code" box at your next checkout to redeem.
