Delivery and Returns

Free UK delivery is offered across The Bristol Pop-Up Shop website.
Each seller will process and deliver their own orders, so please bear in mind that if you are purchasing from multiple sellers, your items will not be posted in one package and they may arrive at different times. Please refer to each Seller's Policy for their full delivery details, which can be found on all product listings.
Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel(s) are delivered to the right address.
If you wish to return an item, please check the Seller's Policy on their profile page. Alternatively, you can contact the individual Seller directly using the 'Contact' button from their page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that not all sellers accept returns. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). For hygiene reasons pierced jewellery items are also non-refundable.
Exchanges and Refunds
If you require an exchange or refund, please contact the Seller directly through their Seller profile. Each Seller will have their own returns policy listed in their Policy tab.
The Seller will provide you with their own returns address, please do not post returns to The Bristol Pop-Up Shop.
The Bristol Pop-Up Shop does not process exchanges or refunds for our Sellers. All exchanges or refunds must be dealt with directly through the original Seller. If you are unsure who this, please contact The Bristol Pop-Up Shop by emailing email@example.com, and we can send you the correct Seller information.
